- Over what timeframe?
- Under what conditions?
Example: "Reduce average ticket resolution time from 4.2 hours to 3.1 hours for tier-1 support inquiries within six months, while maintaining customer satisfaction scores above 4.2/5."
This specificity forces clarity. It requires us to look at four types of measurement:
