I diagnose where delivery breaks down across people, process, and platforms, then design the standards (CoE model, RACI, tollgates, SLAs/KPIs, release/change controls) that keep teams aligned and moving.
I translate business outcomes into scalable workflows and the enabling architecture—especially across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems—so leaders get visibility, accountability, and measurable throughput.
Bottom line: I reduce chaos, shorten time-to-value, and make cross-functional execution repeatable without relying on heroics.
